	Gladly! I'm using Alton Brown's recipe, but without the eggs, since I'm not a huge fan of them. I toss in some crumbled walnuts instead. :) (Reply to this)(Parent)(Thread)

elusivetiger figured out that if we make a large bowl of it (enough for five or six servings) and store it in the refrigerator already made up, we will eat from it pretty much all day for a couple of days. Having to make a single serving of salad from scratch, even though it's not much effort, seems to deter me from eating it as often.

This way, I'm always picking at it. :)
